Responsibilities
- Recruit and place qualified candidates in urgent client positions across NYC boroughs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Optimize job descriptions for SEO and conversion rates
- Track KPIs including placement speed and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in NYC's competitive market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong network of qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid NYC staffing license and professional certifications (CPSR, CSP preferred)
