Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience in Phoenix market
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets

- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
