Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conducting in-depth phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent to meet client hiring demands.
- Fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
- Negotiating salary offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Managing candidate data accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or customer service (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred but not required.
