Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles across Louisville
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate sourcing
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track candidates and job orders efficiently
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs and requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Local Louisville market knowledge strongly preferred
- Ability to start immediately upon offer
