Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top El Paso talent
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely onboarding processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in West Texas

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
