Responsibilities
- Staff overnight healthcare facilities with qualified professionals
- Coordinate logistics for warehouse and distribution centers
- Source and vet candidates for tech support roles
- Manage onboarding and compliance documentation
- Respond to urgent staffing requests within 2-hour SLA
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and scheduling systems
- Conduct shift handovers with day-shift counterparts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Valid California driver's license (if transportation required)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of San Francisco's labor regulations
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (4 days/week)
