Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions within our client companies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through consistent communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM or ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
