Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage candidate data and resumes using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Match the right talent to the right roles, ensuring high retention rates for our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
