Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for light industrial and administrative roles.
- Screen and interview job applicants to identify top talent and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions quickly and accurately.
- Monitor candidate performance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Process payroll and handle daily pay inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking and outreach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet client needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
