Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Facilitate the daily pay process, ensuring workers receive their earnings promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Jacksonville businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and update candidate databases.
- Collaborate with the placement team to negotiate contracts and salary expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related human resources field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding weekly recruitment targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high energy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional client site visits).
