Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place candidates in temporary-to-hire and contract positions across diverse industries
- Manage daily payroll processing for temporary staff ensuring 24-hour payment turnaround
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Market staffing services through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach
- Onboard new candidates and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze market trends to adjust recruitment strategies and compensation packages
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and client relationship management
- Familiarity with daily pay systems or innovative compensation models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment with KPIs
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
