Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using social media platforms, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track applicant progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in the Ohio region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client site visits.
