Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles across Atlanta's diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and ATS platforms to identify passive candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic workforce recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record in Atlanta market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for contract-to-hire placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATSHR or CTS certification preferred
