Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards and referrals
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in our ATS system
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation
- Support marketing initiatives for job postings and employer branding
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill open positions efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation to our Long Beach office
