Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers across Python, Java, DevOps, and AI/ML domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ Bay Area tech clients
- Leverage Boolean/X-Ray searches and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessments
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Bay Area tech sector
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles
- Proven track record placing candidates at companies like Google, NVIDIA, or Adobe
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks and hiring processes
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
