Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential job candidates for various open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview and offer process.
- Post job advertisements on multiple platforms and optimize job descriptions.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service and results.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
