Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Miami's competitive talent landscape and industry demands
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license required for local client meetings
