Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using ATS platforms
- Analyze market trends to inform client talent solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales/placement targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) certification preferred
