Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent and contract positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent identification
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and talent strategies
- Conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline management for assigned roles
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Omaha's job market and industry regulations
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CPC/SPHR certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
