Job Overview:
As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier talent with leading companies across the Southeast. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, ensuring our clients get the best candidates and our candidates find rewarding careers.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions in healthcare, logistics, and administrative sectors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement targets and revenue goals.
- Update candidate pipelines in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
