Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and business goals.
- Negotiate salary, commission structures, and contract terms with both candidates and clients to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings and enhance our employer brand in the Virginia Beach area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is strongly preferred (entry-level candidates with high drive will also be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict weekly performance targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
