Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies, job boards, and local networking events
- Facilitate weekly payroll processing for placed candidates ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance
- Develop deep client relationships by understanding staffing needs and providing customized placement solutions
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews, skills assessments, and background verifications
- Manage candidate experience from application to placement with weekly check-ins and support
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements, analyze market trends, and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven weekly pay placement success
- Expertise in Fresno's local job market and key industries (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to place candidates in competitive weekly pay positions
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
