Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Develop strong client relationships through weekly check-ins and performance reviews
- Manage candidate onboarding with same-week payment processing
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for premium weekly pay roles
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast staffing needs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
