Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Knowledge of Albuquerque's job market preferred
