Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for light industrial, administrative, and healthcare positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including onboarding and payroll coordination
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Implement creative sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of filling temporary and contract roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Albuquerque's job market preferred
