Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across Phoenix's booming industries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines using our ATS and CRM systems
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate interviews and negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Drive weekly KPIs including placements, retention rates, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or agency sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in Phoenix's job market and key industries
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- BS/BA in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
