Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for pipeline management
- Drive recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and industry platforms
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through Boolean searches and networking
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-volume roles
- Familiarity with San Jose's tech industry landscape and talent pools
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or other major ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
