Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-permanent and direct-hire positions across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competence
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize staffing workflows and candidate placement success rates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics and improve recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience with proven track record of placements
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social media sourcing
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
