Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with Milwaukee businesses
- Conducting candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilizing ATS systems to track candidate pipelines

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
