Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in healthcare, IT, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding coordination
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Present compelling job offers and negotiate terms with top-tier talent
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience with proven success metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
