Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across Indianapolis
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills for technical roles
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure weekly pay compliance
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and CRM systems
- Track market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience in staffing/agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Indianapolis job market and key industries
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
