Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, healthcare, finance, manufacturing)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary CRM to track KPIs and optimize processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing sales with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Columbus job market and industry trends
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to meet/exceed monthly placement quotas
