Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Atlanta
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Atlanta market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of Atlanta's business landscape and talent pool
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
