- Source, screen, and place candidates in weekly-paying temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers across manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekly-pay roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Wichita's local job market and industries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
