Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, screen, and interview top-tier talent across various industries including light industrial, administrative, and skilled trades.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture fit.
- Placement Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions quickly and efficiently.
