Responsibilities
- Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to source qualified candidates within the Texas market.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and market trends.
- Manage the entire placement process, including offer negotiation, onboarding support, and follow-up.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on weekly performance goals to the management team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven "hunter" mentality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on hitting weekly targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
