Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruitment platforms and networking strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across diverse industries
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record in talent acquisition
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates at all levels
- Deep knowledge of Columbus job market and local industry trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification highly desirable
