Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, and onboarding processes
- Meet weekly and monthly performance metrics for candidate placements and client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and workflows
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs job market and regional industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
