Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for various industries including Tech, Healthcare, and Administrative roles.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Conducting effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Managing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering qualified candidates.
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new placements.
- Tracking metrics and reporting on recruitment activities to achieve quarterly goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to hit targets and exceed expectations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client site visits).
