Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary applicant tracking system for efficient candidate management
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in Jacksonville
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Jacksonville's job market strongly preferred
