Responsibilities
- Recruit and place top-tier technical talent across engineering, IT, and manufacturing roles
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Milwaukee's leading employers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements and revenue generation
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Wisconsin
- Maintain accurate CRM data and candidate pipelines
- Lead candidate assessment and technical evaluation processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong technical understanding of engineering/IT roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Valid Wisconsin staffing license or willingness to obtain
