Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical, administrative, and healthcare positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Tampa
- Leverage LinkedIn and niche job boards to identify passive talent
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate ATS data and reporting metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters to drive team success
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume staffing environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep Tampa Bay professional network preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
