Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (healthcare, IT, finance, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for pipeline management
- Drive weekly placement goals while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Participate in networking events to expand agency's candidate pool
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Nashville's job market and local industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Tennessee staffing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
