Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and pipeline metrics
- Drive retention strategies through candidate engagement post-placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience in Atlanta market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placement rates, revenue goals)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Atlanta's talent landscape and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
