Qualifications
- 5+ years technical/staffing recruitment experience with Boston market specialization
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive compensation environments
- Expert knowledge of Boston's talent ecosystem and key industry players
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and other sourcing tools
