Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across Atlanta
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and manage pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruiting/staffing experience in Atlanta market
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through multiple channels
- Strong understanding of Atlanta's tech, healthcare, and corporate sectors
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
