Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using modern recruitment tools
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Develop strategic partnerships with Seattle-area employers
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
- Represent the agency at local networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Seattle's job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for client meetings)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
