Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Conduct insightful candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated results
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of San Antonio's local job market highly valued
