Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and light industrial
- Cultivate and manage relationships with 15+ corporate clients weekly
- Source and screen qualified candidates through digital platforms and networking
- Facilitate same-week candidate interviews and job placements
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Train junior recruiters on our proprietary placement system
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or corporate recruitment
- Proven track record of 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional networking presence (LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
