Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Cleveland's job market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
